Processing Times

Standard Items

  • In-stock hats and accessories: 1-2 business days
  • Simple customizations: 3-5 business days
  • Complex custom orders: 5-10 business days

Rush Orders

Need your hat faster? We offer expedited processing for an additional fee:

  • Rush processing: Available for most orders (adds $15)
  • Same-day processing: Limited availability for simple orders (adds $25)

Processing times begin after payment confirmation and design approval for custom orders.

Shipping Options & Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $6.95
  • Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days): $12.95
  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.95
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations:

  • Canada: $14.95 (7-14 business days)
  • International Standard: $24.95 (10-21 business days)
  • International Express: $39.95 (5-10 business days)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

Shipping Locations

Currently Unable to Ship To:

  • PO Box addresses for expedited shipping options

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

  • Signature not required for most orders
  • Safe drop-off at your address
  • Package tracking available until delivery

Special Delivery Instructions

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Before Shipping

  • Address changes can be made up until processing begins

After Shipping

  • Address corrections may require additional fees through the carrier
  • Undeliverable packages returned to us may incur return shipping charges
  • Reshipment to corrected address will require new shipping payment

Included Coverage

  • Automatic coverage up to $100 for lost or damaged packages
  • No additional cost for standard protection

Additional Insurance

  • Enhanced coverage available for high-value orders
  • Full replacement guarantee with proper insurance
