No. The magnets are positioned away from areas where you'd typically carry electronics, and they're not strong enough to affect modern devices when worn normally on your head.

However, they are not recommended to be used by pacemaker users due to potential magnetic interference. This product is not designed for use for children under 12.

Hand wash or machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Air dry only - do not put in the dryer as heat can affect the magnetic slots. The magnetic areas are sealed and water-resistant.

Wipe toppers with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water as they contain internal magnets. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap on a cloth.

With normal use, the magnetic strength should last for years. Our magnets are tested for thousands of attachment/removal cycles. If you experience weakening magnets within 60 days, contact us for a free replacement under our Happiness Guarantee.

Yes! As long as they're in original condition, you can exchange toppers within 30 days. You'll just pay return shipping ($7.99) plus any price difference.

If a topper breaks during normal use within 60 days, we'll replace it free of charge. For breakage after 60 days, contact us - we often provide discounted replacements.

Yes! You can return individual items from bundle orders. Bundle pricing will be adjusted accordingly for the items you keep.

This is very rare, but if a magnetic slot loses strength or becomes damaged within 60 days, we'll replace the entire hat under our Happiness Guarantee.

We don't recommend modifying other hats, as our magnetic system is specifically engineered for safety and optimal performance. Plus, it would void any warranties on both the hat and our toppers.

Our magnetic system is designed with safety in mind - the magnets are fully enclosed in the toppers and hat slots. However, Tip Toppers are designed for ages 13+ due to small parts.

Toppers should remove easily by tilting them towards the front of the hat slightly, then gently sliding them backwards. If one seems stuck, try twisting slightly while tilting and sliding. Never force removal. If you're having persistent issues, contact us for guidance.
